Antipasti Salad

Serves 4-6 




This is a grazing salad if we’ve ever seen one. And why we love it is for its versatility. Share over a delicious Italian supper, alongside a cheese board with toothpicks or as a picnic side. Our Evermill Italian Blend is easily one of our favorites and kisses each part of this salad, giving a really Italian taste to it. 

1 head romaine lettuce

2 cups cherry tomatoes

1 cup olives

1 cup roasted red peppers

1 cup artichoke hearts

1 cup white beans

1 cup bocconcini

1 cup hot peppers

1 cup basil leaves

1 generous tablespoon Evermill Italian Blend

Red wine vinegar

Extra virgin olive oil 

Start by breaking apart a romaine head onto a serving platter. 

Half and add cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, roast red peppers peppers, pitted olives, white beans, mozzarella, and fresh basil. Sprinkle with the Evermill Italian blend and drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Finish off with salami.
