Taco Seasoning Chicken Bowl
Ingredients:

2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp Evermill Taco Blend

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

1/2 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)

1/2 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1/2 avocado, sliced

Salsa or chopped tomatoes

Lime wedges and fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:

Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and taco seasoning. Cook 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
