Turmeric and Ginger Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric, ginger, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
