Turmeric and Ginger Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric, ginger, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and tender.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
