Our Garam Masala recipe is a simple version of the classic. We combine all organic Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Cumin, Black Pepper, Coriander Seed and grind them together. Garam Masala generally comes from Northern India, and we have kept in black pepper in as a traditional nod as the only heat element, having chosen to focus on the aromatic nature of the coriander and cardamom, and balancing it with the sweetness of our cinnamon and cloves. Our Garam Masala is mild, allowing the natural flavors of your vegetables or meats to shine. Some of our favorite dishes to cook with our Garam Masala Blend are butter chicken, Indian-Spiced Beef with lettuce wraps, Tikka Masala (chicken or vegetable) and curry vegetable stew.
