How to delete your data from Evermill
If you've interacted with Evermill on Instagram or Facebook (for example by sending a direct message to @evermill or commenting on our posts) or used a Facebook login with an Evermill tool, you can ask us to delete the data we hold about you.
- Email hello@evermill.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include your Instagram username (or the name on your Facebook account) so we can find your records.
- We'll confirm we got your request within 3 business days and delete your messages, comments and profile details from our systems within 30 days. We'll email you a confirmation code when it's done.
You can also remove Evermill's access at any time in Facebook: Settings & Privacy › Settings › Apps and Websites › remove "Evermill Agents". Deleting data from our systems doesn't delete messages from your own Instagram inbox; you can delete those in the Instagram app. Some records may be kept where the law requires it (for example order or tax records); we'll tell you if that applies.
