Shipping & Returns
- Our highest priority is making sure that you are happy. With this, we accept all returns (except custom racks) within a 25 day period, as long as spices have not been used, and item are in original packaging. We just ask that you mail it back to us or we can send you a label with our rates and deduct this from your return.
- As we’re a small company, the items returned without spices, jars without seals, or without original packaging, will incur a 30% restocking fee.
- We do not accept any international returns, including from Canada.
- We will do as much as possible for you to make sure you love your product and it’s right for you.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
- We offer free ground shipping to the lower 48 states on orders above $200.
Can I purchase Evermill spices in retail stores?
- Because we’re focused on getting you spices that are as fresh as possible, we currently do not have our spice collection sitting at retail stores. You can purchase directly online here.
How quickly can I get my spices or my rack?
- We will ship using your selected speed. Our default is UPS ground and we ship from Los Angeles. Florida and North East orders may take up to 6-7 business days and New York is normally around 5. We ship our spices USPS priority or First Class depending on your selection.
What are your shipping options?
- We ship out most of our shipments with UPS. Our spice refills typically ship out USPS. For all packages that are being delivered within the two-hour timeframe in select zip codes in LA, SF, and NYC, we use a speciality courier service.
How do I exchange an item?
- We can always exchage racks either color or style (In-Drawer or Counter Top or vice versa) during the 25 day window, you can keep your jars while we process this! Please email us at hello@evermill.com.

Do you offer international shipping?
- We do! You can check out online to see our rates.
- Evermill ships internationally and generates DDP rates (delivered duties paid) only. We find that though these rates tend to appear more up front, packages are much less likely to get held up at customs and will never incur any additional costs beyond what you're seeing at check out. Feel free to reach out to us about international shipping if you're having a hard time as it's a new process for us and we're always trying to improve here to make sure costs are as low as possible and 100% pass through.
