Chopped Salad with Italian Dressing

¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup olive oil
¼ teaspoon organic Italian Blend
½ teaspoon organic oregano
¼ teaspoon salt
Cure the garlic by adding it to a bowl. Pour the vinegar over it, let it sit for 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and toss with a mix of cold crunchy vegetables and parmesan.
